Logo Sketch

The Scope of this project was to see how good our understanding is with logos.
Well i really like ravens so i wanted to make a raven logo, but it was so plain so i decided to make it out of words, i really liked the way it looked, but it needed something in the background and i wanted to involve a moon, so i made a moon looking thing.
I learned that making logos is fun and takes a lot more thinking than i thought.
I won't do anything different next time i love my logo and process.
Everything, I'm happy with the final result and it was fun.
I will think more deeply about the colors i use now that i know the meaning of them.
I liked this, more projects like this will be fun.

The Reason why businesses have to use certain colors is because certain colors represent different emotions. If they use the wrong Color/emotion people might get the wrong idea with their product, and thats bad.
Red- associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love.
Green-symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility.
Blue-symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.
Black-associated with power, elegance, formality, death, evil, and mystery.
White-associated with light, goodness, innocence, and purity.
Purple-symbolizes power, nobility, luxury, and ambition.
Yellow-associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy.
Orange-represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation.
Brown-represents reliable, genuineness, sad, wistful.

Logo Color Use

This logo is the Alienware computer company. They make really good computers for gamers. The colors it uses varies, but their main one is this blue one. It is this blue color because when you see it you think of how cool it is and blue is a cool color. So that way whenever you see it you instantly think of how cool it looks and it makes you want to go buy one. It uses the shading to make it look mysterious so you are curious about it and it adds to the cool factor.

An Interview with Alex

This semester was really fun. I enjoyed laughing at the funny videos that people made and the filming/ editing of my videos. I might take video next year because it was just really enjoyable and was something i liked to do. In the future i planned on being someone that i refer to as a "YouTuber". Ever since i saw my first video i was amazed, and when i started watching more and was laughing i decided that when i grow up i wanted to be the person making people laugh. And i did a pretty good job of doing that this semester, Whenever i created a video, in my head i always thought of the potential comedy in it. So when we did the first project i was sooooo nervous about people seeing it because i was worried they wouldn't laugh, but i was so wrong. When my video started playing up on the screen it was silent, i started to hide my head, then i hear laughter, then more, my video was funny! They didn't stop laughing till the end. Thats when i knew i succeeded in making everyones day better. So what i took away from this class is that my dream of being a "YouTuber" might actually come true.

What i learned is that filming a chase scene is super fun and exciting, even when i am the actor. Plus when you use the 6 shot sequence it is very quick to film. With the next project i might use the 6 shot sequence but probably not because i don't like the fact that you have to use all the shots. If i could just use a few of them it would be more fun but, until then i still don't quite care for it. But if we had the choice to do a chase scene again i would totally do it because it is fun and it keeps the viewer entertained, and they don't get bored as quickly. With this project it needed more collaboration because there were to actors in this Video. With one person running one chasing and the other filming it was a very fun Filming process. In the next project i should try to let the others have more control on what scenes are filmed/created. The team i had was awesome when it came to collaboration because we were all participating and doing our share of the work.

A to B six shot sequence

I learned that when you work in a group and don't film extra clips for no reason, editing is 1000x easier. It is that way because the editing with this form of filing practically gives you the edited clips. Plus when you have a group who sorts through the clips before sending them...(thank you) all the clips you need are there. When we do the next project i might try to use the A to B six shot sequence because it is quick and easy to show two Activities in under a minute without confusing the viewer. Plus with this type of filming it won't take forever to edit, but that is the type of filming i like where it shows everything. I like the journey not the destination. But it is better because no one but me wants to sit there and watch every second. Collaboration is working with others to get something done. It applied here because everyone had a job to do and when you do it that way, you get things done a lot quicker. My group was awesome with that because EVERYONE was doing their job and we all contributed to getting this done. Granted i kinda goofed and forgot my clothes but we got it done with no problem. As for acting... i don't want to do that again. I love being the camera man, its just so fun to set up the shots and move the camera. Hopefully my next group will let me be it.

Personality type

My type is ESFP. We are very friendly and care about relationships. We try to relate to anyone even if its just something small. We are very charming and are playful and have a very good sense of humor. We like to be the life of the party and make everyone want to join and we strive to make everyone have fun. Some of the most famous ESFP people are Elvis Presley, "magic" Johnson, Marilyn Monroe, Ronald Reagan, Judy Garland, and Paul McCartney.

I think it is spot on with how it describes me. It says that we don't like deadlines, which i don't and says tat we like company which i do. i still don't understand why i am this way but i am. i kinda helped with understanding the fact that its normal to be the way i am.

I tend to be a the one who deals with others
and how they feel. And that makes sense because ESFP people like to be with other people. Its good because if you have all of the personality types. If you don't all the people will want to have the same job/role. Since i like to be with other people and i am an Extrovert i ask people "how are they doing" and say "Hi" but they are an introvert and they just kinda look at me funny like "Why are you talking to me?" but there have been some times where they are the complete opposite of me and I'm friends with them but then there are just those people who i don't like and its just because of the way they act. Like people who act like they are better than others and don't treat people fairly, those are the people i don't get along with. That might be a personality trait, if so thats the trait i hate.
